1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We offer returns/replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Product not matching home décor or size preference
- Customer no longer needs the item
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To process any damage or defect claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- Complete opening of the package
- Product condition upon opening
- Visible damage or defect
Without an unboxing video, the request cannot be accepted.
3. Reporting Time Frame
All damage or wrong item issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be processed.
4. Return Process
- Customer must share the unboxing video and photos of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a replacement.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- The product is returned and approved by our quality check team
Refund Mode:
- Refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method or bank account.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Used products or items without original packaging
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2–4 hours of placing it (only if it has not been shipped).
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
